From the AP:

Giving contraceptives to people in developing countries could help fight climate change by slowing population growth, experts said Friday.

These “experts” wouldn’t be so “expert” had they not been born.

    There is an informal de facto conspiracy among those of the authoritarian bent to acquire and preserve their personal power. They are united only by their mutual understanding of that common purpose and the means necessary to accomplish it. That is to monopolize resources, enabling themselves and disabling their opponents. This unity of purpose applies to all policies: environmental, economic, energy, health care, etc. The inevitable crisis will come when they start competing with each other.
